Fighting Masters is a Japanese fighting game on Mega Drive with fantasy creature roster and special moves. The colorful art direction appeals but animation stays limited compared to genre references. Pleasant for 16 bit fighting fans, original in the fantasy creature concept.

Fighting Masters, a Treco one-on-one fighter where fantastical creatures and warriors clash in arenas, released in Japan and Korea. Far from the genre's standards of the time, it offered a monstrous bestiary rather than human fighters, earning it a small reputation as a curiosity. Its desirability lies in that casting singularity and the scarcity of the Korean edition within a fighting catalogue dominated elsewhere.
