The Japanese CD port offers a CD-Audio soundtrack entirely reorchestrated by SNK composers, lost on the AES cartridge. Desirability rests on that full audio restitution and on the rarity of the initial CD port within the Japanese Fatal Fury chronology.

Fatal Fury 2, known as Garou Densetsu 2, lays the foundations of a cult series.
