Is Get Bass 2 still worth playing in 2026?

This sequel to Sega Bass Fishing fleshes out the arcade formula with more bodies of water, a wider lure selection and finer control over the fish's movement. The approach stays accessible and tactile, still built around the rod peripheral but playable on a pad. The visuals have aged and the loop eventually runs short for anyone not hooked on fishing. Fans of the first game and the curious about a niche genre will find a fuller version, true to the original's laid back spirit.
