Japanese version of the 2010 Activision FPS, a Wii reimagining of the GoldenEye classic, with Daniel Craig replacing Pierce Brosnan. The shooter saw little distribution in Japan, a market cool toward FPS, making its local pressing markedly rarer than the Western editions. Desirability rests on that regional scarcity of a title tied to an emblematic James Bond license, sought by completists of the Japanese Wii catalog.

Is GoldenEye 007 still worth playing in 2026?

Eurocom's reimagining of the legendary N64 shooter, this GoldenEye updates the James Bond missions with Daniel Craig, with a modernised story and a polished production for the Wii. The snappy campaign, the four player splitscreen multiplayer and the care given to level design make it one of the console's best FPS. The limited resolution and a now closed online weigh on it. An excellent shooter for Bond fans and lovers of console FPS in multiplayer.
