An Atlus motorcycle racer, smooth and snappy. No revolution, but decent thrills for 16 bit two wheeler fans.

Is GP-1 still worth playing in 2026?

A motorcycle racer from Atlus, GP-1 delivers smooth speed sensations from a behind-the-rider view, with decent Mode 7 work for 1993. The handling is snappy without much depth, and the track selection stays classic. Without revolutionising the genre or rivalling the machine's racing peaks, it offers decent, pleasant races for fans of 16-bit two-wheelers. A pleasant secondary cartridge, more for the curious than for simulation enthusiasts.
