Feeling the music come to life under your fingers delivers an unmatched exhilaration, as if on stage. This anthology selection, cut for the thrill, turned a whole generation into living-room rock stars.
A revival of the music series by FreeStyleGames, Guitar Hero Live reworks the formula with a six button guitar on two rows, closer to the real instrument, and a mode in first person live action videos facing a reactive crowd. The GH TV service, an online jukebox, offered a continuous stream of songs. The closure of that service gutted a major part of the content, leaving only the Live mode. A title for fans of guitar rhythm and the curious about an original approach, now hampered by the online shutdown.
