Gyakuten Saiban 6, the Japanese counterpart of Spirit of Justice, is the last major entry of the mainline franchise released in box on 3DS, a Japan-only physical exclusive. Its collector value comes from being the closing point of the 3DS era for Ace Attorney, with a limited print in a transitional context toward digital. Polished Japanese case and colourful booklet make it the natural last link in the sub-series.

Released in 2016 on 3DS and known in the West as Phoenix Wright - Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice, Capcom's project takes the courtroom adventure series to a foreign kingdom where justice rests on reading the memories of the deceased. The Divination Seance system, which consists of exposing the inconsistencies in the vision of a victim's last moments, renews the pleading formula without betraying its spirit. The humour filled writing, the twisting cases and the return of beloved characters carry an ambitious story. The linearity divides. An excellent entry of the saga, recommended for fans of investigative visual novels.
