Is Hot Wheels - World Race still worth playing in 2026?

Adapted from the Hot Wheels animated mini-series, World Race offers futuristic arcade races on suspended winding tracks, in the spirit of anti gravity speed games. The zesty mood and the sense of glide please for a moment, but the driving lacks finesse and the content runs dry fast. The fidelity to the licence stays its main argument. Today the title mostly speaks to young Hot Wheels fans or forgiving lovers of fast arcade.
