Collector interest

A tie-in to DiC's soccer cartoon, Hurricanes released only in Europe under the U.S. Gold label, making it a PAL exclusive for Sega's handheld. The cartoon licence, quickly forgotten outside European screens, kept the print run modest. Its appeal rests less on the game than on that PAL-only status and the difficulty of sourcing a complete DiC-licensed copy, undervalued at launch and therefore seldom preserved boxed.
