Collector interest

American NTSC version of the 1996 Titus game, released very late in the U.S. SNES lifespan, a stretch when print runs shrank sharply. That placement at the very tail of the North American catalogue is what drives its scarcity: the last U.S. editions were pressed in small numbers and prove hard to find, even loose. A complete copy in an uncrushed cardboard box with manual concentrates the interest, and the Evercade reissue doesn't replace the NTSC original.
