Collector interest

The North American edition of Kirby's Dream Course, out in 1995. This cult crossover of miniature golf and Kirby enjoys genuine lasting demand, but the NTSC version is the most common and turns up easily loose. Value shifts to a complete copy with a non-warped cardboard box and manual, and above all to a graded sealed one, highly prized by Kirby completists. Here the price stays largely an artefact of condition and sealing.

Is Kirby's Dream Course still worth playing in 2026?

Under its Western name, this clever blend of mini-golf and billiards makes Kirby a ball you launch toward the hole, absorbing powers on the way. Shot precision, angle reading and Nintendo charm make it a skill game as original as it is demanding. It takes a few tries to click, but the satisfaction of a clean trajectory is intact. A small masterpiece of game design to rediscover, enjoyable solo or in pairs.
