A European cartoon style brawler, slightly stiff to play but polished in mood. A late generation curiosity.

Description
Fantasy RPG in which hero Bags explores an open world to save his village from a dragon. Published by Seika, released in the USA in 1994. Top-down exploration, turn-based combat, non-linear open world and 16-bit visuals. SNES port of Arcade Zone's Legend RPG.
Cartoon-styled action RPG from Arcade Zone, brought to the US by Seika at the very tail end of the console's NTSC life. That late timing, low profile and modest print run make it hard to assemble complete on the American market, where late-generation titles circulated thinly. Desirability rests chiefly on genuine scarcity in a clean NTSC box: loose carts turn up readily, with value concentrated on complete and sealed copies.
Is Legend still worth playing in 2026?
A medieval fantasy action game by Arcade Zone where a warrior crosses monster-filled stages with sword and magic. The dark, detailed presentation has character, but repetitive play and stiff attacks betray a modest budget. Today it is played out of curiosity about European production of the era rather than for memorable mechanics. A rustic beat-em-up reserved for tolerant retro action fans and collectors.
