Direct Legends of Wrestling sequel. More legendary wrestlers, barely improved mechanics, stiff animations. Still below the WWF/WCW Aki competition. Skip unless retro-wrestling curious.

Is Legends of Wrestling II still worth playing in 2026?
A direct sequel, Legends of Wrestling II fleshes out the roster of licensed legends and adds game modes, including special matches and a wrestler creator. The grapple system gains a little responsiveness without erasing a certain animation heaviness inherited from the first. The celebration of yesteryear's wrestling stays its trump card. Today the title mostly speaks to old school wrestling devotees or the nostalgic for these icons keen to extend the tribute.
