The gamble is to translate characters known for their musculature into figures with cylindrical limbs and claw hands without their ceasing to be identifiable: the solution runs through capes, helmets and emblems, the only elements allowed to depart from the standard mould. The settings take up the city's emblematic locations, all dismantlable brick by brick.
The score takes up the orchestral themes associated with the characters in their cinema adaptations, but lightens them a notch and punctuates them with the sound of bricks clicking together, which forbids the music from turning serious. The building phases receive a rising figure that resolves at the instant assembly is complete, an immediate audio reward.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes - The Game (Wii U) price, value & rarity
Is LEGO Marvel Super Heroes - The Game still worth playing in 2026?
A Traveller's Tales LEGO action adventure, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes gathers a huge cast of Marvel heroes and villains in an original, funny plot, across an open world LEGO New York. The variety of powers, the successful humour and the local co-op make it one of the best entries in the series' Marvel branch. The genre's typical repetition remains its only real flaw. An excellent game for families, Marvel fans and lovers of collecting and relaxed co-op on Wii U.
