Isometric shoot-em-up by Gremlin Graphics. Muscular and offbeat heroes progress through violent and crazy levels. Sharp but repetitive shooting gameplay. A niche title that created strong visual identity despite lacking deep gameplay. Fun in short sessions.

Is Loaded still worth playing in 2026?

A top down shooter from Gremlin, Loaded leans on outrageous violence, deranged characters and devastating dual stick action across maze like levels. The gory blast, the punk tone and the co-op make for an effective vent for its time. The repetitive clashes and a sometimes confused level design weigh over time. A snappy, provocative run and gun to recommend for fans of multiplayer shooting and the trash aesthetic of the early PlayStation.
