Is Lord Monarch still worth playing in 2026?

A real-time strategy game by Falcom where you expand your territory by letting units proliferate across a map before crushing the opponent. The concept of conquest through organic expansion is original and brisk, halfway between tactics and management. The presentation stays plain and the lack of an official translation hinders non-Japanese readers. An interesting strategic curio for fans of territory mechanics and RTS history.
