First LotR beat-em-up based on the first two films. Replaying Fellowship and Two Towers battles with iconic heroes. Fun co-op, well-paced action. Good way to enter the LotR video game franchise.

Is Lord of the Rings, The - The Two Towers still worth playing in 2026?

An EA adaptation of Peter Jackson's second film, The Two Towers offers a third person beat 'em up where you play Aragorn, Legolas or Gimli through the film's notable battles. The rewarding combo system, the movie footage in cutscenes and the characters' growing power stay effective. Repetitive clashes and a short length temper the enthusiasm. A good action game for Lord of the Rings fans and lovers of cinematic period brawling.
