Madou Monogatari III - Kyuukyoku Joou-sama (Game Gear) price, value & rarity
Madou Monogatari III - Kyuukyoku Joou-sama, the standard pressing of the final Japanese entry in Compile's RPG trilogy on Game Gear. Closing Arle's adventure at the roots of Puyo Puyo, it stays exclusive to the archipelago and hard to track down outside Japan. Its desirability lies in that role as the close of a cult saga, its limited Japanese run and the lasting appeal of a founding RPG cycle among fans.
An underrated gem
Closing an endearing trilogy, this chapter pushes Arle to the peak of her power against memorable bosses, in the same first-person dungeon formula. Confined to Japan like its elders, it remains little known beyond the islands. For anyone who has tasted Compile's world, it's a generous finale well worth importing the cartridge for.
