Mario Party 8 on Wii with Wiimote-driven mini-games. Six themed boards, seventy mini-games centered on gestures (throwing, twisting, shaking), solo and co-op modes. Usual Mario cast, colorful circus atmosphere. Uneven mini-game quality, some brilliant, others forgettable. Friendly local multi but wears thin after a few evenings. Classic party game without revolution, pleasant in family.
