Mario and Sonic crossover at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. Ski, skating, bobsleigh, biathlon with gestural Wiimote controls and optional Balance Board. Around twenty events, narrative Festival mode, local four-player multi. More thematic and cold than the summer entry, polished wintry atmosphere. Solid family fun but more repetitive without summer variety.

Collector interest

The Korean version of the Vancouver winter chapter, the least common of the Wii Olympic trilogy in Korea owing to a winter-sports theme with weaker local traction. Its collector interest centres on this double singularity of a small market and a niche subject, sought by Korean collectors who want to complete the crossed Nintendo Sega series in its local form.
