Collector interest

The Japanese Super Famicom version of the film tie-in for The Mask, put out by Black Pearl and thus a fairly low-profile SFC release. Its distinction is that quiet Japanese launch, with cardboard SFC box and spine card, making it a cult import for fans of Hollywood licences carried over to Japan. The bare cartridge circulates, but a complete set with intact spine grows scarce and gathers the interest. A sought-after import niche.
