An arcade chase game developed by Genki and published by Majesco, an Xbox exclusive blending driving and shooting in a highly cinematic staging. Though variously received, the title exists on no other console, making it the preserve of Xbox collectors. The North American edition is the more accessible of the two. The appeal draws fans of Genki productions and of overlooked exclusives on the machine, beyond its contested merits.
