An adaptation of the BattleTech universe by Activision, blending first-person giant-robot piloting with mercenary management between missions. The simulation ambition, with mech purchases and contracts, gives real depth for its time, despite limited tech and stiff combat. Today it is played for historical interest and love of BattleTech rather than comfort. A curio for fans of mechs and strategic management.
