Eleventh and final MLB The Show on PS2, for the 2011 season. Sony San Diego's faithfulness to the ageing platform is remarkable. An honourable conclusion to a long series that accompanied American baseball fans throughout PS2's entire commercial life.

Is MLB 11 - The Show still worth playing in 2026?

One of the last MLB The Show games on PS2, MLB 11 closes the cycle of Sony San Diego's baseball simulation on the console, with up to date squads and the usual depth of modes, on a now frozen engine without the advances of the new generation versions. The fidelity to the sport and the career depth stay the strengths. The production is clearly dated on PS2. A twilight simulation to recommend for PS2 collectors and baseball fans loyal to the console.
