Gundam action game set in space with Mobile Suit battles in orbital environments. Varied missions and reproduction of UC space battles are well executed. An entry appreciated by Gundam fans for its three-dimensional representation of space.

Is Mobile Suit Gundam - Encounters in Space still worth playing in 2026?

An action game from Bandai, Mobile Suit Gundam - Encounters in Space entrusts the player with piloting mobile suits from the Gundam world, through space battles replaying the saga's great clashes, where you chain melee combat, shooting and epic missions in space. The fidelity to the Gundam world, the sensation of piloting mecha and the staging of the battles appeal to franchise fans and to fans of mechanical action. The dated production and a repetitive structure bound the ambition. For a Gundam fan or a fan of mecha action, the title keeps a preserved fidelity and intensity, in a dated edition.
