Created by Polys Entertainment and Sony Computer Entertainment, released in 1996 in Japan with Taisen Sen'you disc and in 1997 in Europe with EDC edition under the Motor Toon Grand Prix 2 title. Eleven characters with cartoon vehicles, nine new tracks with cartoon effects, two-player versus mode and dedicated multiplayer disc as Japanese bonus and cheerful soundtrack.
