The sound design rebuilds an NBA arena's acoustics: the arena organ goading the chants, timeout sirens, rival crowds pounding out their choruses, a house announcer whose emphasis shifts with the score. The menu playlist reads like basketball's global barbershop, rap and electro mixed, but it is the ritualized din of the hardwood that gives the game its sonic truth.
