Reboot of the arcade classic NBA Jam, supercharged two-on-two, gravity-defying dunks and emphatic commentary. Contemporary NBA roster plus unlockable legends, online mode busy at the time, local multi essential. Wiimote pointing for shots, nervous controls, intact Boomshakalaka vibe. Shorter than an NBA sim but infinitely more fun. Excellent arcade revival for sports nights.

"Anecdotal"
The collage is owned to the point of absurdity. EA Canada pastes photographed faces, nearly flat, onto caricature bodies with enormous shoulders and tiny legs, and the join never tries to hide itself. The rest follows the same excess: a ball on fire, garish courts, light trails behind every dunk. The image accepts being a visual joke held from start to finish.
The real lead instrument is the commentator. His voice sits in front of everything else, punctuates every play with an exclamation that became proverbial and triggers the switch into overheating. Behind him a funk and hip-hop base runs in a short loop, deliberately mixed low, and the arena organ fills the stoppages exactly as in a real hall.

Two-on-two, gravity-defying flaming dunks and a hyped commentator howling his cult catchphrases: this return of arcade basketball electrifies from tip-off. Scoring three baskets in a row to catch fire delivers an irresistible rush. Motion detection adds flair, and with several players the mood turns to a party. Spectacular, immediate and fiercely fun.
An arcade basketball game from EA Sports, this NBA Jam revives the supercharged concept of the 90s classic with controls designed for the remote, two on two duels, flaming gravity defying dunks and an exuberant announcer. The immediate fun, the outrageous spectacle and the multiplayer fun make it a festive blast ideal for short games. The limited depth and the repetition cap the solo interest. A carefree arcade basketball for fans of spectacular sport among friends.
