Quirky arcade spin-off of the NFS series, cartoon street art aesthetic and hip-hop soundtracks. Simple arcade modes with Mario Kart-style item pickups, themed district choices, cars with very flashy skins. Shorter and more festive than mainline entries, fun local multi. Excellent Wii family racer, underrated for pure arcade qualities, breaking from street tuning conventions.
