Perman adapts the Fujiko F. Fujio manga on Japanese Bandai Famicom with the Perman superheroes in offbeat adventures to help justice. The representation chains platform and fixed pattern combat with Perman powers in a Japanese family manga license formula. Without western release, curiosity for Famicom manga fans in the 8 bit Bandai production vein.

Collector interest

A more ambitious Perman sequel, this second Bandai outing stays Famicom-exclusive yet shows a far more measured complete price than the first entry, whose complete scarcity was exceptional. Released in 1990 against the secret society Madoodan, it shipped in comparable volume but survived better in box. Its interest lies in completing the Perman pair and in the Fujiko licence rather than in any rarity of its own.
