Golf from EA Sports, PGA European Tour brings the series' rigour to European circuit courses, with a power gauge, club selection and wind reading. The simulation stays serious and readable, faithful to the formula that made EA's success, but this variant brings little new and suffers from a somewhat dull presentation. The pleasure lies in the precision of the swing and the challenge of the courses. For a fan of retro golf or of the PGA Tour series, the title keeps a solid interest but without particular standout.
