Is PoPoRoGue still worth playing in 2026?

An action RPG spun off from the PoPoLoCrois series by Sugar & Rockets, PoPoRoGue sends Pietro and his companions to explore a mysterious multi-floor dungeon with shifting layouts, in the rogue-like spirit. The gentleness of the art direction, the attachment to the characters and the tension of randomised exploration give the adventure character. The repetitive pace inherent to the genre and the Japan exclusivity limit access. A charming curiosity for fans of narrative rogue-likes and of the PoPoLoCrois world.
