The new modes and the versus revive the escalating challenge solo as well as in pairs. The crisp, fearsome mechanic, the addictive versus mode and the generous content make it one of the series' best variations, especially tasty in two-player. The formula stays familiar. A safe bet of retro arcade puzzling, worth recommending to fans of brain-teasers and snappy duels.
