Radical Rex is a fast platform on Mega CD with its rockstar tyrannosaurus traversing a prehistoric world. The CD version enriches the soundtrack and adds cinematics compared to the Mega Drive in a colorful art direction. Pleasant for 16 bit platform fans.

An Activision platformer starring a rocker tyrannosaur, Radical Rex appeared on several systems, but the Sega CD version is by far the hardest to find, which explains the dramatic gap between loose and complete prices. Released at the very end of the add-on's life, its distribution was tiny, and complete copies in the US cardboard box have grown scarce enough to push prices to unexpected highs for a title with modest gameplay. The interest here is purely tied to the scarcity of this late pressing.
