An episodic survival horror from Capcom, Resident Evil Revelations 2 stages Claire Redfield and Barry Burton on a prison island, with a co-op playable duo blending shooting, resource management and tense exploration. The return to a more measured horror, the character alternation and the replay value of the Raid mode win over fans. The modest presentation and the episodic structure weigh a little. A good survival horror for fans of the series and lovers of tense two player co-op.
