Collector interest

The Japanese version of Mega Man Legends 2, the second entry of the 3D action-RPG branch, under its local name Rockman Dash 2. Its modest runs make it a markedly sought piece, like its Western counterpart, among fans of a cult sub-series left unfinished. Its concrete scarcity and singular aura support a value above the classic Mega Man games.

Is Rockman Dash 2 - Episode 2 - Ooinaru Isan still worth playing in 2026?

Released in 2000 on PS1 in Japan, Capcom's project continues Rock Volnutt's adventure in the Mega Man Legends lineage with a warm three dimensional action adventure approach. The handling of the Flutter airship, the ruin exploration and the gallery of endearing characters install a rare family identity. The handling stays readable and the weapon crafting system offers real depth. The camera and some loading times have aged. Recommended today for Mega Man Legends fans, for admirers of experimental Capcom and for PS1 collectors curious about the studio's most personable signature on Sony's first home console hardware.
