Samurai Western plays the Far East versus Far West card. A samurai facing cowboys, wild mood and unapologetic plot. Rough and short, but with endearing kitsch charm.

An Acquire-developed hack and slash published by Spike, Samurai Western saw a very small PAL run that was never reprinted. The five-language European release sits in the standard green PlayStation 2 case and is the only fully localized Western pressing, which pushes CIB and sealed prices well above the US market. Sought by Acquire fans and stylized chanbara enthusiasts, its thin PAL supply sustains lasting demand across the region.
