Is Shaman King - Master of Spirits still worth playing in 2026?

An action-adventure from Konami drawn from Shaman King, Master of Spirits adopts a Metroidvania-style exploration structure where Yoh captures spirits with varied powers to clear obstacles and bosses. The progression by ability acquisition, the mood and the studio's Castlevania heritage give the title real coherence. The presentation stays modest and the challenge accessible. A likable pick for fans of the license and lovers of pocket Metroidvania after an overlooked adventure.
