Shaq Fu owes its standing to the ironic cult that surrounds it, a poster child for botched celebrity tie-ins rather than any in-game merit. The Super Game Boy compatible cartridge circulated far less than the Mega Drive or SNES versions, and that relative scarcity, combined with Shaquille O'Neal's lasting fame, keeps US prices high for a fighter nobody defends on gameplay.
