Japanese edition of Sonic Generations by Sonic Team under the title Shiro no Jikuu. Published by Sega, released in December 2011 exclusively in Japan. Mega Drive Classic Sonic and 3D era Modern Sonic uniting to fight Time Eater through Sonic's past, over nine zones reinterpreted in double Classic 2D and Modern 3D versions including Green Hill, Chemical Plant and City Escape, gameplay alternating between Classic 2D side-scrolling and signature Modern 3D, over ninety side challenge missions, local split-screen competitive multiplayer mode for up to two players, Japanese voice-over with Junichi Kanemaru as Modern Sonic, soundtrack by Jun Senoue mixing classic themes remixes, Japanese subtitles.
