Collector interest

The Australian port of Space Invaders by Taito, arriving very late in 1995. A faithful adaptation with classic and modernized modes, its worth lies chiefly in historical curiosity and the nod to the arcade landmark. In the Australia/Oceania version, the install base is narrow and local copies stay few: the cart circulates, but the Australian PAL clean-boxed complete is markedly harder to gather than its US cousins.
