Spider-Man X-Men Arcade's Revenge adapts the Marvel crossover to Mega Drive with Spider-Man and several X-Men in themed levels. The comics art direction appeals but difficulty stays high compared to other tie ins. Pleasant for Marvel fans, in line with 16 bit license tie in average.

Collector interest

An Acclaim Marvel platform-fighter, Spider-Man and the X-Men remains a widely printed licensed product, released in the US with a revision. Its loose and complete values stay very modest, in keeping with a reputation as a difficult, uneven game. Collector interest is secondary, resting mainly on the Marvel cast and on rounding out a Genesis superhero library rather than on genuine scarcity or any cult aura.
