Is Stella Deus still worth playing in 2026?

A tactical RPG from Atlus and Pinegrow, Stella Deus The Gate of Eternity unfolds a turn based fantasy adventure on a grid, where a young apothecary and his companions seek to save a world threatened by a tide of death. The action gauge combat system, the moral choices affecting the ending and the polished art direction give the whole character. A certain classicism and an uneven difficulty temper the ambition. A tactical RPG to recommend for fans of turn based strategy RPGs and Japanese fantasy.
