Rider and machine occupy the bottom of the screen, leaning into the bends until they graze the asphalt, while the road runs toward a tilting horizon. The four continents on offer change palette entirely, from Mediterranean blue to African ochre, and advertising boards flick past at trackside as on a real circuit.
As on the arcade board, the track is chosen before the start, and each sets a different road mood: synthetic rock at full throttle, a more airy theme for the long straights, a nervy motif for the tight chains of bends. The conversion keeps the melodies recognisable and the bass well forward.
