The Japanese edition of Surgical Strike is the hardest to assemble complete, with its obi strip, domestic booklet and a restricted local run for an originally Western FMV title. Its appeal comes from that uncommon import status rather than play quality, placing the object in the niche of imported FMV curiosities on the Japanese Mega CD.
