Is Taz-Mania still worth playing in 2026?

A Sega platformer, Taz-Mania has the Tasmanian Devil spin through a jungle full of enemies in search of giant eggs, in an adaptation of the cartoon. The spin attack and the cartoon humor make its charm, but the repetitive level design and a presentation less polished than its sequel place it below. The pace stays decent for short sessions. A curiosity for fans of retro cartoon platforming and Taz nostalgics, especially as a milestone before Escape from Mars.
