The last Top Gear on N64, a Kemco arcade bike racer pushed out in PAL Europe in October 2000, deep into the console's twilight. That late European release came in tiny numbers, giving it a value disconnected from its modest quality. The PAL edition stands apart from the earlier NTSC-USA run, and it is the scarcity of complete European copies, not the racing, that holds prices up.
