European edition of the Sega-published RPG Torico, drawn from the Tico of the Seven Seas cartoon. Its desirability rests on a regional paradox: the game also exists in Japan, but this PAL pressing saw narrow distribution on a late-life European Saturn with a small install base. A modest turn-based RPG, its appeal owes less to the content than to the scarcity of the Western run and the hunt for localized Saturn RPGs, an uncommon commodity on the machine in Europe.
