A goofy action game from Loose Cannon and Konami, Tornado Outbreak has you play a ball of wind that sucks up buildings, vehicles and townsfolk to grow and devastate everything, in a spirit close to Katamari. The destructive concept, the cartoon humour and the Wii Remote to steer the tornado offer immediate, colourful release. The repetitive objectives and a modest production limit the long term interest. A likeable title for fans of offbeat destruction games and players after relaxed fun.
