Collector interest

The Genteiban edition of Towa no Sakura, a visual novel published by GungHo and released at the very end of the PS2's life, issued as a limited version with its original bonuses. So late a niche release on a largely supplanted console sharply cut its run and circulation. Desirability rests on this end-of-generation scarcity and on fans' interest in the last VNs to appear on the machine before its commercial extinction.
